• Goals: Share what the content should accomplish, such as explaining an offer, building a repeatable social presence, launching a campaign, or turning longer footage into concise vertical edits.
• Formats: Note whether you need Reels, Shorts, captioned cut-downs, interview clips, product demonstrations, recurring episodes, or a mix of deliverables.
• Timeline: Include any preferred shoot dates, campaign deadlines, posting cadence, or internal review dates. If timing is flexible, let us know that too.
• Budget range: A working range helps us suggest an appropriate production approach, from editing existing footage to planning and producing an ongoing series.
• Locations: Tell us where filming may take place, how many locations are involved, and whether access, permits, travel, or on-site restrictions may affect production.

You are also welcome to mention how much footage already exists, who will review the work, and whether brand guidelines, scripts, reference videos, or required aspect ratios are available.
